Privacy Policy

Effective date: 4 September 2026 · Last updated: 4 September 2026

Best Prices Miami Inc. ("we", "us") operates this website. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and how you can ask us to change or delete it.

1. Who is responsible for your information

Best Prices Miami Inc., a corporation registered in Florida, United States, with its office at 2326 Silver Birch Way, Clermont, FL 34715, United States. If you want to reach us about anything in this policy, use the form on our contact page and say it is a privacy request — those go to a person, not a queue.

2. What we collect

Information you give us

When you send us an enquiry or your details as a candidate, we collect what you type into the form: your name, email address, phone number, the company you work for or your current or last employer, your city or area, the role you are hiring for or looking for, and anything you write in the message field. We also record that you ticked the consent box, and when.

Information collected automatically

Like any website, our hosting provider records technical information when you visit: your IP address, the browser and device you use, the pages you open and the time of the request. This is used to keep the site working and secure.

If — and only if — you accept measurement cookies, we also store the source of your visit (the site that referred you, the page you landed on, and campaign parameters such as utm_* or gclid if they were in the link you followed). If you do not accept, that information is not stored at all. See our cookie policy for the detail.

What we do not collect here

This website does not take payments, does not ask for a Social Security number, a date of birth or immigration documents, and does not let you upload files. Anything of that kind happens later, directly with a person, and only when a role genuinely requires it.

3. Why we use it, and on what basis

What we do with itWhy we are allowed to
Reply to your enquiry and talk to you about a roleYour consent, and our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us
Match a candidate to an employer's open positionYour consent, given when you sent us your details
Keep records of who we contacted and whenOur legitimate interest in running the business, and legal record-keeping obligations
Keep the website working and secureOur legitimate interest in operating a secure website
Measure how the website is usedYour consent, through the cookie banner. Nothing is measured until you accept

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we never have. We do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

  • Employers. If you are a candidate and there is a fit, we present you to the employer — and we tell you which employer before we do it. You can say no.
  • Service providers. Our website and the forms on it run on the SpeakSite platform, which hosts the site and stores the messages you send through it. They process that data on our instructions and for no other purpose.
  • When the law requires it. If we receive a valid legal order, or where disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or someone's safety.

5. How long we keep it

  • Enquiries from employers: for as long as we are working together, and for three years after the last contact.
  • Candidate details: two years from your last contact with us, so we can call you when something fits. Ask us to delete them sooner and we will.
  • Website technical logs: kept by our hosting provider for a short period for security and diagnostics.
  • Your cookie choice: twelve months, then we ask again.

6. Your rights

Whatever state or country you are in, we will honour these requests:

  • Access — ask us what we hold about you and get a copy.
  • Correction — tell us something is wrong and we will fix it.
  • Deletion — ask us to delete your information, and we will, unless we are legally required to keep a record.
  • Withdraw consent — at any time, including telling us to stop contacting you about roles.
  • Opt out of sale or sharing — there is nothing to opt out of: we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Ask through the contact form. We answer within 30 days, and we will not treat you differently for asking.

7. Children

This website and our services are for adults of working age. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, tell us and we will delete it.

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS and the messages you send through it are stored on the platform behind authentication. No system is perfect, but we do not keep on this website anything we do not need, which is the most effective protection there is.

9. If you are outside the United States

We are a Florida company and our systems are operated in the United States and the European Union. If you write to us from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the rights listed in section 6 cover the rights you have under the GDPR, and you may also complain to your national data protection authority.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will change the effective date at the top, and if the change is significant we will say so on this page. This is version 1.0.
